Just Some Random Pictures...

These are just a collection of photos that I liked from our trip and yes my last post on our little getaway! I also wanted to address the question I have had from several people. "Where are the dog sledding pictures?" Well there are none. We received a call from the owners of Husky Powered Dog Sled the night before we were scheduled to go. They were in a terrible car accident and badly hurt. We were disappointed, but of course we understood and wish them a quick recovery. I already received a note in the mail from the husband and wife that own the place apologizing and inviting us back next year. So... we will have to wait until next Jan. Our adorable little cabin. It is named "Whitewater Lodge"

The entire lake is frozen this time of year! There are people ice fishing, racing snow mobiles, and walking their dogs on the lake. It is a strange site to see. The kids wanted to walk out on the lake but Mama said NO WAY!
