Yes, I gave in. Colin is playing tackle football this fall. YIKES! Not my first choice but majority rules, and I was NOT in the majority for this decision. No injuries yet and he is LOVING it! We'll see how the rest of the season goes... By the way...trying to get back into blogging! Maybe...
Is it wrong to let the kids skip CCD to finish a really intense airsoft war??? They were begging and with rain in the forecast for tomorrow I couldn't resist letting them have the night off! Have fun guys!!!!
We decided to spend a morning at Cosi last week when Adrienne was working. It was a much needed break from that boring old book work. The kids really enjoyed seeing the gecko exhibit, watching the dolphin movie (my favorite), and visiting their big sis in kids pace. I had sooo much fun with my favorite people!!!! Note to self: take more "days off school"! They are the best!!!
It was a fun hands-on day at co-op.... The girls (Adrienne and Sam) dissected a cow's eyeball (YUCK!!!!) Or I should say Sam dissected while my daughter sat and watched. This is definitely not her thing! But don't they look cute???!!!!
Laura, I took this of Brandon for you because I knew you wouldn't be there :)
We made moon craters in my K-1st solar system class! The kids had a ball with this but gosh were they wound up!!!! They were literally bouncing off the walls!
Emma and Greer dominated in soccer in their gym class! These girls are not to be messed with! OMG! SaSSSY!!!!
The girls...at lunch!
Rhyse was just a little excited to drop the rock into the flour and cocoa. This was his type of experiment!
The only pic I have of Colin working on his moon crater experiment!
I am a wife to the love of my life and mother to 4 amazing children! I have been lucky to be able to be a stay at home mom as well as homeschool. This blog is to share our many adventures!
