As I was folding laundry and cleaning our bedroom I heard a "Mommy, look what William did now from Adrienne", "How bad is it" I respond. I figured it was just another spilled glass of chocolate milk, or bowl of cereal on the floor.
"Go into the sun room now" she said.
So here is what I found.
Cracked eggs. William under the table. And a cute little basket filled with... not colorful plastic eggs... but the real thing.
"I decorate for Easter too!" he said.
Yikes, did he ever.
It was a laugh out loud moment for everyone.
We knew he really did want to help, and after hearing us talk about decorating eggs, hiding eggs, and putting eggs in baskets to hide...he wanted to be a part of it.
So what better way than to open the fridge and get out the only eggs he knew.
William can always bring a smile to our faces!
(Don't get me wrong, I am not looking forward to this cleanup! YUCK!!)

(Though it really just goes to show how much they pay attention, doens't it? "eggs" mean EGGS, darn it!
