Last Mem Fox Class: Australia Olympics

We spent most of our last day of class outside, with the exception of a quick book in the classroom.
It was Olympic day for the Mem Fox class.
We had a kangaroo jumping contest, Emu races, a Koala climbing race, and last but definitely not least, a Kookaburra laughing contest. We ended the class with a treat. Orange sherbet in ice cream cones represented their Olympic torches! YUM!
I had so much fun teaching these sweet adorable kids! Parents, thank you for sharing your children with Cathy and I for ten weeks! Hoping to see you all this summer!
