The Work Before the Party

We worked hard this weekend. That is all there is to it!
But, we actually got a project that we set out to do done in a timely manner. The stone walk is in and the woods are mulched! Yeah!!!
Usually it takes us much longer than we anticipate to get anything done around here, so this was a pleasant surprise.
It feels so good to have the woods done (for now). I guess when you enlist 15 kids to help you and offer them pizza and ice cream you get the job done!
We are now rethinking the way we do things around here! Can you say child labor???
But seriously, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, to my own kids and their friends!
