Carolina on my mind...

I am back. We drove strait through yesterday.... 11 1/2 hours so that I could say goodnight to my babies, whom I missed so much.
I haven't left them in years. Way to long.
It was nice to get away, and although it was a "working" getaway, I snuck to the beach a few times to get some photos and reflect.
The ocean is the perfect place to be at peace with your own thoughts.
This trip was a time to think about slowing down. Our life is so busy here it can be overwhelming. The quiet time was much needed...so until next time South Carolina, I will be thinking about you. You are my absolute favorite place to go, and thankfully, I will be seeing a lot of you very soon...
