Blendon Woods Homeschool Class and Nature Walk

We took the morning off of our sit down school work to get some hands-on science. The Metro Parks do such an amazing job and they are FREE!!!!
Today we learned about some spooky creatures like bats, owls and spiders! What better science to do right before Halloween. After the class we went on a 1 1/2 mile hike through the park. The weather was beautiful!!!!! And I just know these days are numbered! Get out while you can!
