This is so simple and my kids absolute favorite dessert. They request it every year! It only takes about 10 minutes at the most to make! Can you tell I get excited about the words simple, quick and easy to make!
1 package double stuffed oreo's crushed
Butter ( I used about 3/4 of a stick)
Peppermint Ice Cream (we chose Graeter's)
Chocolate Syrup
Crush the oreo's and cover the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan. Drizzle Butter over the oreos. After Ice Cream is softened spread over oreos. Drizzle warm Chocolate syrup on top and freeze. When ready to serve I let it sit for 5-10 minutes so it is easier to cut! This is so good I couldn't even get a picture before someone stole a piece!

I make this too! I get the Oreo pie crust to save time and also add hot fudge sauce to the bottom before putting the icecream in. It is the best!
Ummmm! I want that now!
