Colin's Homemade Tide Pool

Colin is studying about ocean life and one of the his project was to make a tide pool. We found a paint tray and filled it with sand. Colin made rocks, seaweed, and some ocean animals out of clay. We added water and Colin had to tip the paint tray and observe what happened to the sand and wildlife. This is a great hands-on way to demonstrate high and low tide!
