Well as you can see from this first photo the ocean wasn't William's favorite thing this time around. He LOVED the sand but that boy wanted nothing to do with the water. He was so scared and if it was high tide he wouldn't even come into the sand to play. As much as we tried to talk him into it he was set in his ways!
Finally, (on our last day there) he ventured close to the water to get the sand off of his little toes, but he had quite the tight grip on mama.
I am hoping in the spring when we head back down thing will change. They are going to have to because he was born into a family of beach lovers. Until then, I will always remember our little man making sand castles, collecting seashells, begging us to go to the pool~"beach bye-bye, me pool "~, loving to watch the pelicans flying by, and clinging to me like his life depended on it! This picture was taken the first time we went to the beach. We were all thinking he would love the water like last year, but oh, no we were sadly mistaken.
