The Daisys Bridge to Brownies

My sweet little Daisy troop are now Brownies. I am looking so forward to the next two years in the next level of girl scouts.
The bridging ceremony was beautiful! We were able to do the actual ceremony outside since the weather cooperated so well!
Thank you to all of the family and friends who attended in support of our troop! The girls have been working hard to complete everything in order to bridge and really did a terrific job!
Congrats girls! Can't wait to start earning try-its!!!
And look at this cake!!! Thank you so much Angie! It turned out not only beautiful, but DELICIOUS!!!!

The girls made a Troop 1372 sign at our last meeting.
Upon arrival the girls made tissue paper flowers. Each color represents a different part of the girl scout law. They hung each flower on the bridge as we read the girl scout law.

And the flag ceremony begins. (Can you tell it was a little windy!!??)

Reciting the pledge of allegiance.

Emma crossing over the bridge.

The "newly bridged" Brownies.

We closed our ceremony in a circle with some songs and our Daisy squeeze.
