Football Friday Night

It was going to be a quiet night at home tonight.
Adrienne had her end of the summer pizza party at the library. A little thank you party for all the summer volunteers. Which, by the way is a wonderful volunteer experience for all you 12-17 year olds out there.
Like I said, I thought it would be a quiet evening until I returned from taking her and a friend to the library and saw a game of touch football going on in the backyard.
My hubby, being the coach at heart that he is, was having so much fun with these boys. It got a bit competitive at times but it's football right and these boys are such good friends, and feel so comfortable around each other that they aren't afraid to show their true colors. But, Kevin kept them in line much better than I would have!
Plus, I had some girl time in the kitchen making homemade pudding pops with Emma and Jenna. (Much more fun than that boring game of football!)
Happy Friday! Hope you all have a great weekend!!!
